There are times when you learn how many people are truly dedicated and devoted to The Studio and how many friends are there to help in times of need. A special thanks to my staff and volunteers for holding down The Studio and keeping it running while I was “in the shop”.

Gallery exhibitions are open to all artists in the Southeast Texas region, with work of any media. Band Nite is open to musicians and performance artists of any genre, age, or experience level.

When people suffer from trauma or loss, artistic expression serves as a vital and nurturing component in the healing process. To engage the community in the healing power of art, artists are invited to show work inspired by their experience with mental health, and artwork created as a means of improving mental wellness.
