We are looking for artists and makers in the SETX region, both new and established, to show and sell their work at TASI’s holiday art vendor night! The Art Studio Inc. is dedicated to providing opportunities for inclusive interaction between the public and the Southeast Texas community of artists. TASI’s annual Shop-O-Rama Extravaganza is always a perfect event to shop for one-of-a-kind gifts for all your loved ones, or treat yourself to something unique!

Shop-O-Rama will take place at
720 Franklin St. in Beaumont, TX on
Saturday, December 6th
from 6pm until 10pm

This vendor opportunity is available to any artists, artisans, craftspeople, or merchants who create their own unique wares. No mass-produced products, multi-level marketing distributors, retail, or resale merchandise is allowed at this event. Collectives or multiple vendors may share a booth space – please state so in your application.

After the application has closed on November 1st, we will email selected applicants to finalize payment – do not accept payment requests on social media from anyone pretending to be associated with TASI or this event. A $25 non-refundable vendor fee must be paid in full by November 10th in order to secure your space. Your TASI membership must be up to date to participate – you can sign up or renew online now at THIS LINK.

Spaces are limited! Selections will be made in the order they are received, with current members and Studio tenants getting priority placements, and an emphasis to have a variety of different mediums and wares. Vendors who apply after all spaces have been filled will be kept on a waitlist in case of cancellation, and contacted as soon as space becomes available.

Each vendor is allotted an area 8 feet wide and roughly two feet deep (generally enough space for a table and a chair against a wall). Vendors are responsible for complete setup including tables, chairs, displays, signage, and payment processing. All transactions are made at the table through the vendor, so it is the vendor’s responsibility to bring equipment to process payments and make change, as well as being present in order for patrons to make purchases.

TASI will determine placements of each vendor. Most vendor spaces will be set up in TASI’s Main Gallery. This area is indoors, but is not air conditioned and will be subject to weather conditions – please prepare for heat, moisture, and wind. Some spaces may include a portion of gallery wall to hang or mount items.
